Multiple reviews mention rooms were very clean and rooms were cleaned daily; one note of occasional minor bathroom smell but overall tidy and well maintained.
Hosts and staff repeatedly described as incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive; strong hospitality and welcoming service highlighted across reviews.
Location praised as quiet, secluded and a pleasant distance from Ubud center, but several guests note the access road is bendy/hectic and not always walkable — recommend bikes or taxis.
Rooms described as spacious, relaxing and comfortable, but there are repeated comments about bathroom age/need for renovation, awkward aircon placement/strength and a narrow entrance creating some safety/design concerns.
Good amenities such as a lovely pool and scooter rental are mentioned; some negatives include occasional Wi‑Fi dropouts and requests for basic toiletries like soap in the bathroom.
Multiple guests explicitly call out very good or incredible value for the price and reasonable pricing for the quality and hospitality offered.
Breakfast is described as lovely by guests; limited additional comments on food/beverage but the available feedback is positive.
Guests frequently recommend the villa, calling it an oasis of calm with friendly hosts, a lovely pool and a relaxing atmosphere — overall highly positive stays despite a few minor issues.

Everything - the property was away from town but within walking distance - it is a quiet area of Ubud with rice paddies nearby. It gets you away from the chaos of downtown Ubud. Beautiful swimming pool area right outside your villa, beautiful garden making it cool and shady and friendly lovely staff including the dog. Loved it here.

Ketut and Made are beautiful people who ensured I felt welcome. It was a home from home with the bonus of a lovely pool! The location is great, private and quiet. My favourite place to eat in Ubud, Karlos is next door. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the markets and Palace. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit!!
Nothing not to like!

Spacious and relaxing rooms. Very good value and kind hosts!!
The road to the villa is sometimes not walkable depending on the traffic, but I would just get Gojek bikes everywhere for $1 so it’s not an issue.
