Everything - the property was away from town but within walking distance - it is a quiet area of Ubud with rice paddies nearby. It gets you away from the chaos of downtown Ubud. Beautiful swimming pool area right outside your villa, beautiful garden making it cool and shady and friendly lovely staff including the dog. Loved it here.

Ketut and Made are beautiful people who ensured I felt welcome. It was a home from home with the bonus of a lovely pool! The location is great, private and quiet. My favourite place to eat in Ubud, Karlos is next door. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the markets and Palace. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit!!

Spacious and relaxing rooms. Very good value and kind hosts!!
The road to the villa is sometimes not walkable depending on the traffic, but I would just get Gojek bikes everywhere for $1 so it’s not an issue.
