“Not satisfying”
Fave hotel is one of the hotels that many people know and my experience staying at Fave hotel Langko Mataram is my first experience staying at Fave hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is very basic and nothing interesting.
Bathroom is not clean and there are insects. Staff does not provide clear information about the facilities available at the hotel, they let customers find out what they need on their own. I arrived at the hotel around 11.30 pm, the security was just sitting and busy playing with their phone, not greeting and not helping to open the door. I hope the staff at this hotel can better implement hospitality principles in the future.
