We spent one night in this hotel and everything was very good. The location is ideal, right next to the grand mosque of Mataram. The room was decent and the value for money is really good. A good address for a short stay in Mataram!

“Not satisfying”
Fave hotel is one of the hotels that many people know and my experience staying at Fave hotel Langko Mataram is my first experience staying at Fave hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is very basic and nothing interesting.
The bathroom is not clean and there are insects. The staff does not provide clear information about the facilities available at the hotel, they let customers find out what they need on their own. I arrived at the hotel around 11.30 pm, the security guard was just sitting and busy playing with his phone, not greeting and not helping to open the door. I hope the staff at this hotel can better apply the principles of hospitality in the future.
