“In my opinion it was unliveable, we didn’t stay.”
Nothing
Decking around the pool was broken and loose with holes in it which lead into the main bedrooms. I’m an 100kg, I would go through the boards, getting into my bedroom. There was mouse poo all throughout the kitchen cupboards. The pool was also dirty. The 2 employees did not speak good English and most communication had to go through my local driver to them to communicate my dissatisfaction. The phone number on the website for the manager was dialed by me and my driver and it did not ring at all. I could not communicate any of my concerns with anyone and am still hoping and waiting to discuss a refund.

“First Bali Trip - Nice Accommodation at Bugan Villas”
*Loved the spacious living and sleep areas each with ensuite. The pool was perfect for a dip after a hot day out and about. *The staff were lovely and very helpful with any issue raised (power going out randomly was usually quickly sorted). *Location is perfectly handy to local amenities as well as shopping, daytrips outside of area, and trip from/to airport.
*As stated in other reviews, the place is a bit dated however is still a lovely space for a group. *Deck where pool is needs attention with some loose boards which we kept ourselves aware of where we stepped as felt unstable.
