Decking around the pool was broken and loose with holes in it which lead into the main bedrooms. I’m an 100kg, I would go through the boards, getting into my bedroom. There was mouse poo all throughout the kitchen cupboards. The pool was also dirty. The 2 employees did not speak good English and most communication had to go through my local driver to them to communicate my dissatisfaction. The phone number on the website for the manager was dialed by me and my driver and it did not ring at all. I could not communicate any of my concerns with anyone and am still hoping and waiting to discuss a refund.
