“Dissappointed”
Beautiful property with no hygeine
Stayed there two months ago with my family. We woke up with bedbugs bites on my brothers body and that night when we spoke to manager they offered us another room which was again dirty so we chose to stay in our room so we wouldnt move around for another dirty one. We said we wont sleep because theres bugs on the bed (we took videos), both rooms are dirty. And the manager replied “i will come and check, if you are sleeping in the room, if you are not awake in the garden i wont refund you the money” :D thats psychotic. We couldnt sleep until the morning and left in the morning. But we were in the room, not in the garden all night long. I dont know how it works but booking com also didnt refund us. I have all the photos atached. Thats a great property by the way, we couldnt believe how beautiful it was until we had these bites the next day. Poor management…
