“Disappointed”
Beautiful property with no hygiene
Stayed there two months ago with my family. We woke up with bedbug bites on my brother's body, and that night when we spoke to the manager, they offered us another room which was again dirty, so we chose to stay in our room so we wouldn't move around for another dirty one. We said we wouldn't sleep because there are bugs on the bed (we took videos), both rooms are dirty. And the manager replied, 'I will come and check, if you are sleeping in the room, if you are not awake in the garden, I won't refund you the money' :D that's psychotic. We couldn't sleep until the morning and left in the morning. But we were in the room, not in the garden all night long. I don't know how it works, but Booking.com also didn't refund us. I have all the photos attached. That's a great property, by the way, we couldn't believe how beautiful it was until we had these bites the next day. Poor management...
