“Cheated by moving me to another room which different from what I have.booked”
The owner sold me another room as advertised which is worst than what was shown as the original one that I booked. And with the same price, I have choices and can book a few very good 3 stars hotel. Due to very short notice of the room I booked being occupied and landlord (owner) want me accommodate another which not listed in booking.com, I felt cheated and yet such short notice, inconvenient for me to cancel for refund. I strictly against such owner. please booking.com give stern warning. Thank you

“Perfect Spot for Shopping and Sea Breeze”
I had my own kitchen, fridge and shower. There was a lovely balcony to be able to look out onto the main square, facilities that the 4 towers share. The host was lovely, they answered all of my questions and I felt safe that I extended my stay several time. The first place I checked into was fine but I took a nap and I woke up with bites over my arm. I contacted the host and sent photos and asked if there was another place I could move to. She said "yes absolutely!" gave me directions place to get there and the new room number. I took a few minutes to gather my things but on the way out she met me apologized and cleaned the room immediately she said. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there's any other problems in the new space. I enjoyed having my own fridge and private balcony, a TV where I could connect my own decide via ROKU. Wifi worked perfectly!
The pool was actually closed for maintenance. Nothing against the property's fault!!!!! If anything, I'm relieved to see that maintenance is actually being done on it
