“Cheated by moving me to another room which is different from what I have booked.”
The owner sold me another room as advertised, which is worse than what was shown as the original one that I booked. And with the same price, I have choices and can book a few very good 3-star hotels. Due to very short notice of the room I booked being occupied and the landlord (owner) wanting me to accommodate another which is not listed on booking.com, I felt cheated and yet with such short notice, it was inconvenient for me to cancel for a refund. I am strictly against such an owner. Please, booking.com, give a stern warning. Thank you.
