“Worst”
I arrived at a completely different hotel by relying on the email I received for navigation. Even after asking several people about the hotel, no one knew, so I called the hotel contact number, but no one answered. It took me 2 hours to finally find the hotel, which was about 2 kilometers away from the location on the map. I chose this hotel because it is a 3-minute walk from the beach to the city center, but there is nothing around, it's pitch dark, and I have no idea how long it would take to walk to the beach. Moreover, when I entered the room, there was no Wi-Fi, not even a local communication SIM card. The so-called bathroom amenity was just one bath towel. While the other party apologized for the lack of communication, shouldn't Hotels.com also take responsibility for other aspects? Some rooms were advertised as having air conditioning, but upon checking again, the hotel's page showed half the price I paid. Due to distrust, I have been staying at hotels for the past 8 days without using Hotels.com. Today, I made a reservation with your company after a long time. I will continue to stay at hotels while moving around for the next few weeks. I am a Gold member. Please contact me once regarding future matters. I would appreciate it if a responsible Japanese staff member could assist me.
