“Dirty!!!”
Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked this room because of the private jacuzzi, but when we arrived, the jacuzzi was dirty and not in a condition we felt comfortable using. We reported the issue from the very first day and gave the property the opportunity to fix it, but nothing was done. They offered us another room, but it did not have a private jacuzzi, which was the main reason we chose and paid for this particular room in the first place. We were also told that the owner would come and speak with us personally to find a solution or reach some kind of agreement. Unfortunately, the owner never showed up, no solution was offered, and we received no refund, compensation, or even a gesture for the inconvenience. What disappointed us the most was the way the situation was handled. Problems can happen at any hotel, but we expected the property to take responsibility and make a genuine effort to resolve it, especially after we reported it immediately. We paid for an amenity we were unable to properly use and left feeling that our complaint was simply ignored. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
