“Disappointment and unprofessional”
Disappointment and unprofessional attitude during check-in. On arrival we received a brochure with an upgrade of rooms that had to pay any price. After I was not interested in an upgrade, we still got a good spacious room with a view of the city. The shower room was small and the shower head was broken. The water was filthy and gave off a bad smell. Even a cockroach came to greet us while showering. The bed was made of cheap wood and not sturdy. The moment you want to have peace and quiet, you get renovation work in the hotel. The photos do not correspond to reality and that makes this hotel not smart but dirty.

Very convenient transportation-wise. Train services, MRT, buses all very easy to get, super cheap shopping for batik and ladies clothing at the famous Thamrin City Mall. Also nearby Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall, Sarinah mall. Thank you very much to the lady manager Madam Aryati for her services and directions during our 6-night stay. The staff were all very polite and courteous and helpful to try their best to accommodate our requests and inquiries especially Madam Aryati. Will be an ideal place if not for the lack of availability of room safety box and no safety latch in the room

“Nice room but beware of the room rate”
Nice room and clean, friendly staff and fast response; however, the room rate is not suitable with the online price. The receptionist will show you the worst room in order to upgrade the room with an additional price. Some of the rooms are on maintenance but they have the best location in the city center

“Not a good choice then.”
The curtain obstructs the view outside. The room was not cleaned for 2 days, especially the toilet. There are rats in the ceiling.
