Major Compensation Request - New Kuta Hotel Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to demand an immediate 100% full refund and significant financial compensation regarding my reservation at New Kuta Hotel (Dreamland, Bali) for 2 rooms, check-in date August 29, 2026, under the name Guy Peretz. As a loyal Genius Level 3 member, I am appalled by the severe misrepresentation of this property on your platform. We arrived after an exhausting long journey to celebrate my 60th birthday (DOB: August 24, 1966), only to find an abandoned, filthy, and unacceptable facility. What was supposed to be a celebratory trip has turned into absolute distress. Critical Issues at the Property: * Abandoned & Filthy Public Areas: The grounds and gardens are completely deserted and unmaintained. Dirt and cigarette butts are scattered across the floors. * Unusable Amenities: The pool listed in your description is completely abandoned, filthy, and entirely unusable. * Severe Door & Security Faults: The room doors are defective and cannot even be opened or properly locked without calling front desk staff every single time. * Sanitation & Hygiene Hazards: The beds are heavily stained, dirty, and smell terrible. Booking.com has a strict obligation to verify the properties it markets. Selling an abandoned, unsanitary hotel without prior warning is a gross breach of contract and an unacceptable failure of quality control. We refuse to remain in these conditions and are leaving the property immediately. Demands for Resolution: * Full Refund: Immediate 100% refund for both rooms. * Major Financial Compensation: Substantial compensation for the severe emotional distress, ruined milestone birthday, and the extra expenses required to secure last-minute alternative lodging.
