“Dirty accommodation and service not up to the advertised level.”
The location
We received the check-in information only 10 minutes before the deadline to settle in. We had asked several questions to the establishment beforehand (activities to do, etc.), but we never received a response. The accommodation was dirty upon our arrival. We even had to ask to change our sheets, which were stained... The cleaning - which was supposed to be included! - had not been done in the villa: hair and dirt on the floor. The cleaning was supposed to be done every day, which was not the case. We had to follow up several times. And when it was done, only the beds were remade: the towels were not changed and the floors were not cleaned. Obviously, no vacuum cleaner or broom was available in the accommodation. The pool is very small compared to the photos and was never cleaned during our stay. In short, the value for money is clearly not there and the service is clearly lacking.
