“Lovely team but the hotel facilities need fixing”
Great location and lovely staff who tried very hard to help us with any issue. They even came late at night to try to fix an issue with the air conditioning.
The air conditioning in the room did not work well and they came to fix it only late at night after we told them it wasn't working when we checked in. The hot water also didn't work and they couldn't fix it. We had to switch hotels and not stay for the rest of the nights we booked. When we asked for a refund, we didn't receive a response.

“Not great value for what we got and disappointing”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good.
The rooms were not well maintained. Linens not very nice, water marks on bathroom ceiling, door did not close and lock correctly, poor lighting, dusty and moldy air con and mosquito net. Cold showers and power/water went out on the island for most our stay.

“Run away”
I do not recommend this hotel, the room was not as we booked. So we tried to leave (like other guests!!) and the staff told us that the owner decided to 'let go' of this hotel in favor of the one he is opening on the island.

The staff is very nice and the establishment is well located
Personally, I find that the value for money is not there... many things are missing to justify the price... the week before we were in another establishment on the same island a few meters away and we had exactly the same room except that it was 2.5 times cheaper! paying more for exactly the same service is frustrating
