Extremely kind and helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Nice pools. Decent breakfast.
Upon our arrival, after checking the beds, we found several bedbugs in the lower room. Evidently somewhat lifeless, a treatment must have been done before our arrival but had not eliminated everything. Contacted, the hosts immediately provided solutions: treatment of the room then relocation to another Villa and 2 breakfasts were offered during our stay. The only negative point to their response is that they denied having the problem: the treatment carried out in the hours following our report, which consisted of burning the surfaces (frame and headboard), showed a very good mastery of this practice; furthermore, we still noticed for several days that other mattresses were moved and stored outside on chairs. Evidently, this is a known problem that affects several villas and duplexes.
