“DO NOT TRUST THEIR LOCATION”
The staff member was polite to me once I explained to him I had to cancel once I was there as the hirel is not where it says it is.
I didn't like having to arrive at a hotel that was lying about where it is situated. It was 1.4 kilometres away from where the booking.com map said it was. I then had to have a 3 way conversation with the manager blaming booking.com for the false location pin. I explained to him that it isn't booking.com that is the location of the hotel but the hotels themselves. Then they say they will refund then they say they won't then they say they will but once the refund goes to my bank! I explained the refund would go to them because I cancelled and they threw booking.com under the bus saying they (booking.com )would be keeping the cancellation refund.
