“Unfortunate experience: motorcycle in poor condition, unacceptable customer service, and total waste of time”
We rented a motorcycle from the establishment and got stranded halfway due to a breakdown caused, according to the mechanic's report, by poor maintenance. The motorcycle had a broken part due to wear and tear and, in addition, it had no oil or coolant, which was especially serious because it put our safety at risk. We had to take it to the mechanic, pay for the repair and replacement of parts out of our own pocket, and lose approximately 3 hours of our trip. As a result, we missed the tickets for a show and a visit to a temple. The most disappointing part was the establishment's response: when we reported the breakdown, they told us that we had to bear the expenses, saying, "you are responsible for everything that happens to the motorcycle." They did not offer any solution, alternative, or apology, and we are still waiting for the person in charge to contact us. A breakdown can happen, but what is completely unacceptable is the lack of responsibility and poor customer service in the face of a problem that directly affected our safety and our trip. For all these reasons, we do not recommend this establishment, especially due to the attention received from the reception and the lack of solutions to a serious problem.
Service and guest attention. The cleanliness, there is no mosquito net, and they spray the room with insecticide spray that is barely breathable.
