“The room was very nice, but problems with the check-in”
The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean
Our plane arrived late, and when we got to the hotel around 1 AM, we didn't know how to enter the room. We didn't receive instructions on how to do it, and there was no one answering the phone at the accommodation. After searching for a while and with the help of our driver, we were able to find our room, which was open with the keys inside. After many hours of flight, this is not acceptable; they should have sent us instructions on how to access the room beforehand. In the morning, we wanted to take breakfast as it was included in the room price because we couldn't wait, but we couldn't do it because we should have ordered it in advance since they order breakfast from a restaurant and bring it to you later, and this takes time. Again, they should have informed us in advance through booking on how to proceed
