“Disappointment. Absolutely expensive price for the structure due to cleanliness”
The style and kindness of the girl who welcomed us
It is the first time in over 20 years of travel experience that something like this has happened to me. We had problems with the mattress and the management of the problem. We had a 3-night stay and on the first night we felt bitten in bed and red ants (Singapore ants) were coming out of the mattress. The next day we reported the problem and the staff said they had done all the necessary checks, including pest control. But if that were the case, our room would have been uninhabitable for at least 24 hours due to the toxicity of the treatments. They did not offer us another room. When we decided not to sleep there anymore, they did not even offer compensation for the discomfort suffered or a small refund for the following unused nights. Price too high for the structure. Dusty bed headboard, stained pillows, stained toilet seat. They claim to be 4 stars. We always communicated calmly and kindly via messages to express the problems and discomfort
