“Nightmare”
Reasonable price & quite clean
Terrible customer service, unable to phone them and must put up with several whatsapp messages which were often automatic replies. Hopeless various staff members who replied whatsapp messages but round around the circle with no resolutions. I tried to extend for one day but it was already booked by other guests, however - their app still let you book & make payment only being told afterwards that the room was unavailable after payment was made successfully. A few different staff replied via whatsapp saying the extension booking was successful hence no refund to be given. They also bombarded me with a lot of messages, including chasing for the room key which already put into the apartment’s mailbox on the checkout day. They wanted a video/photo of the key being put into the mailbox which was ridiculous. Stay away from them at all cost! Definitely a nightmare!
