Nice location
Extremely neglected, far from hygiene, there are cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom, I had to use insecticide. They placed an unlocked box as a safe, but its code is broken. Towels and bed sheets look dirty, they have turned gray instead of white. The room phone was not working, I had to call a technician. This hotel can never be 4 stars, even 3 stars would be too much. If Booking.com wants to maintain its reliability and prestige, and if there is such a sanction, they must definitely warn or remove this hotel from their list.

Location is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean.
Breakfasts have been reduced to a very minimalist offering. Maintenance is poor. The first room had a very noisy AC. The phone didn't work. We changed rooms. The next room, the AC didn't get cold and other small things were not right. We have stayed here a number of times, some things are going downhill.
