The red floor with its own check-in desk and cocktail bar
The laundry. When I checked in, I immediately paid for the two suites and a premium room and agreed that I would pay all other smaller costs such as the minibar upon check-out. I wanted to have 1 shirt pressed. When I entered my suite at the end of the day, there was a note from the laundry stating that because no down payment had been made (I had already paid everything immediately), I had to pay IDR 102,000 (€4.96) first or else I wouldn't get my shirt back. I immediately complained about this because I found it absurd, especially in this 5-star hotel
