Dreadful…. Avoid!
Property doesn’t exist. You will book and then be transferred to another Villa in another location. Ours had no air conditioning!

The bed and bedroom wS so comfy. Perfect location. Cleaner did a great job. Ideal villa for two couples or 2 single people. Secure villa. Lovely vibe. Great bathrooms too.
Sun only on pool area between 11.00 til 2.00 pm. Some cushions on the day beds around the pool would be more comfy. Otherwise no complaints.

The main positive thing about this Villa that its close to any important spot in Seminyak, close to the beach( 5min walk), close to the KU DE TA beach club(3 min) walk, close to Seminyk square and village(5 min) walk and taxis, bikes , Grab and GoJack are just everywere. NIa is an admin and very responsive in chat , any question you may have , there is always solution. Also I want to mantion Purwati, she is an awesome lady that takes care of Yoga Villa, cleaning, washing, laundry. You can ask her in advance to clean or do anything related to the villa. She is the most valuable person there. Thank you Purwati!!!
Now, lets get to the Villa itself. Very old, everything falling a part, BUT aircons and fridge working fine. Bathrooms are old, water is salty, but this is everywhere in Bali, so we bought water. Villa has pool, dated , but in working order. Also they have water cooler in the kitchen( open air ). One thing to mantion, stairs to second floor do not have handhelds. I would say its in very convenient location , but overpriced for its age.
