Mixed: several reviews praise rooms as clean, but multiple mentions of bathroom in poor condition, unpleasant drain smell and need for better cleaning of cups and toiletries.
Very positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and responsive (including WhatsApp assistance and luggage help), attentive breakfast delivery and helpful service overall.
Excellent: central Ubud location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes; quiet oasis despite being in the busy center.
Generally good: rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and basic but clean; some rooms are basic with open shutters (mosquito concern) and bathrooms in variable condition.
Mixed amenities: pleasant garden, small pool (too small for laps, steps to access), refillable water station and working fridge; overall useful but limited.
Strong: multiple guests highlight excellent value, great price and good overall deal for what is offered.
Positive but simple: breakfast described as simple but lovely, served on the terrace and delivered on request; not extensive but well regarded.
Overall positive stay: central, peaceful hotel with friendly staff and good value, tempered by some cleanliness and bathroom issues and limited pool/amenities.

Lokasi bagus. Sangat pusat dan dikelilingi oleh restoran dan bar yang bagus. Bangunan itu sendiri menarik
Akomodasi sangat dasar. Tanpa hiasan
