I’m sorry I have to tell you this but this hotel is overrated. Get the 12th placed in Tripadv so I thought this hotel would be great. In fact, I wasn’t satisfied. I got the dirty bed sheet and when I complained about this and asked to change the room, the receptionist said that they will changed the bed sheet. I try to understand and let them changed it. When the Housekeeping came to changed the bed sheet, he didn’t wear any mask until I asked him to and he went out to looking for the mask :) I mean, this is during the pandemic, why your staff didn’t wear any mask?? The worst part is, when he already changed the bed sheet, it also dirty :) how come you didn’t check on it before you use it? The room itself didn’t satisfy me, the towel is torn. I don’t think this hotel also follow the health protocol during this pandemic.

For those who attended event in Purawisata Jogja, this is perfect place for you since it is within walking distance. However, if you don't have any business in Purawisata you can find another hotel. The lobby seems to be just renovated and modern. The room was spacious, however the bed, the pillow sheets and blankets were dirty. The breakfast was average with limited menu.
