Rooms/bungalows described as 'very beautiful and clean' with daily housekeeping and fresh towels praised; however the pool was reported as not particularly clean, lowering the overall cleanliness impression of the property.
Staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly and helpful, with daily cleaning service and attentive assistance—strong positive service experience.
Explicitly mentioned as having a good location; considered a clear positive in the reviews.
Rooms described as new and the bungalow/bathroom a highlight (beautiful, modern); minor drawbacks noted (thin soundproofing and missing upper-window curtains) but overall room quality is high.
Limited amenity commentary aside from the pool; the pool was reported as appearing unclean, which negatively affects the amenities score.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Breakfast described as very delicious and received clear praise from guests.
Guests called the stay 'Perfect!' and said they would definitely come back; overall sentiment is very positive despite minor issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and absolutely loved our time here. The location is great, just around 500 metres from the beach where you can see turtles, and approximately 20 minutes from the port. There is no road access to the hotel, so you can either walk or take a horse, although we personally chose to walk as we were uncomfortable with the use of horses for transportation. The walk is actually quite easy and manageable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Din and Reyes were absolutely wonderful and truly contributed to making our stay so special. The entire staff, apart from one small point mentioned below, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the swimming pool is amazing, and the hotel itself is very pleasant and peaceful. We genuinely loved staying here and looked forward to coming back to the hotel every evening after spending the day exploring the island. Our only point for improvement would be the attitude of the receptionist. Unfortunately, whenever we asked him a question or needed assistance, we often felt that we were bothering him and that helping us was an inconvenience. This was quite surprising given how kind and welcoming the rest of the staff were. It is a shame because the hotel itself is fantastic and the rest of the team really made our stay memorable. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Cosa ti è piaciuto della struttura? Tutto.
