The place is very dirty, with cockroaches and spiders found in the room. The pool appears unclean.
Manager Wayan and the staff were very helpful and kept the villa clean.
Amazing location with great accessibility.
Rooms are beautiful but a bit dated and uncomfortable beds were noted.
The pool was very dirty and missing basic necessities like wine glasses.
Price is reasonable, but the quality does not meet expectations due to cleanliness and amenities.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
The stay had positives like staff and location, but cleanliness issues overshadowed the experience.

The whole experience was amazing , my family and i realy enjoyed our time , the villas was beautiful , few things no big issues but , yes !! overall the villa was so awsome to stay at and higly highly recommend to stay there , close to local stores needed , from your convenient stores , Coffee stores , restaurants , layndry store , etc etc... all Meters away from the villa , great location....the Hospitality shown by the staff was outstanding , 10 / 10 for the staff , anything we needed , the staff provided , with smiles all round and so polite , we cannot wait to stay at this villa again in near future ...greatful. loved and enjoyed our stay .. Suksma 🙏🏽
Toilet in main room , not level , slight tilt , when you sit on it , And sliding door in 2nd room entrance outside , faulty, top of frame not properly installed, Other than that... all was a great experience and cant wait to come back here 🫡
