Generally reported as clean and well kept, but a few guests noted slightly dirty rooms or older bathroom fittings on arrival.
Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, attentive and welcoming ('personnel aux petits soins', warm and helpful).
Outstanding location with spectacular views of Mount Rinjani, rice terraces and close to waterfalls; repeatedly highlighted as a key strength.
Rooms are spacious, stylish and offer great views and balcony seating; a few comments mention not-cozy layout or minor cleanliness/wear issues.
Strong amenities: multiple infinity pools, attractive gardens and public areas; facilities repeatedly praised and contribute to the resort feel.
Frequently described as good price/quality ratio; many guests felt the experience justified the cost.
Mixed feedback: several guests loved the food and breakfasts, while others found the restaurant inconsistent (items sold out, some would not recommend, breakfast sometimes light).
Overall very positive — exceptional views, pools and service — tempered by occasional restaurant issues and minor room/bathroom shortcomings.

Kamar, pemandangan, lokasi sangat bagus. Makanan sangat enak, pelayanan bagus, kolam renang sangat bagus... mengapa hotel ini tidak mendapat satu bintang lebih adalah teka-teki bagi saya. Saya sangat merekomendasikan restoran hotel ini 🙏
