absolutely everything, the pool decking was all chipped and rotting, the linen looked old and faded to a yellow colour, there was not one piece of furniture that was not chipped, or the laminate was cracked or broken off, the shower glass looked like it had not been cleaned in recent weeks with thick unhygienic sealer staining, the outdoor area mini fridge was covered with rust, the kettle didn't work, the outdoor area in general was not up to acceptable standard expectation. We stayed one night and had to book other acceptable accommodation. i have photos to back up the issues listed above. I will be asking for a full refund from Booking. Com
