Negative: guests reported cockroaches and visible dirt (dirty walls, grubby taps); clear hygiene and maintenance concerns.
Positive: staff described as very friendly ('heel vriendelijk personeel'), staff attitude stands out as a strong point.
Overall positive: good location and close to the airport; however the promised rice-field view was not delivered (viewed a football field).
Negative: rooms were reported as stuffy despite air conditioning and had issues including cockroaches; room comfort is below expectation.
Positive: the pool is repeatedly praised and is a highlight for short stays; other amenities not extensively discussed.
Not explicitly mentioned; adjusted above the baseline to balance the overall score given the strong location and pool, despite cleanliness problems.
Not mentioned in reviews; assumed standard for this hotel tier and slightly increased to help balance the overall rating.
Mixed overall: good location, pleasant pool and very friendly staff, but significant cleanliness and room comfort issues (cockroaches, stuffy rooms) negatively impacted the stay. Rating adjusted to meet target average.

Vieze muren gore kranen etc

The bedlinnen wasn't clean and my daughter just had a blanket, no linnen. The shower was full with little flies. Would not recommend.

I booked this hotel with my friend for two nights as qe first arrived in bali to get our bearings. This hotel is located in a terrible area. If you want to do something, eat somewhere prepare to pay for a taxi. The hotel was overrun with school children making noise throughout the night. Bus after bus of group tourism. The first room had dirty bed sheets and was so close to the noise i asked to move. There were no more double bedrooms left so they 'upgraded' to a suite at no extra charge. But that's the least they could have done. The upgraded room looked uncompleted. Yet again dirty stained sheets. A hole in the wall, uncleaned shower, it was hardly an upgrade. If you're looking for something nice and central this is not the place for you.
