Generally described as clean by multiple guests, though some comments note the property is looking a bit tired and could use freshening/paint.
Staff repeatedly praised (friendly, welcoming, attentive housemaids and management); several guests highlighted personalised care and great service.
Consistently highlighted as excellent — short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping and central Sanur attractions.
Rooms and villas noted as spacious and comfortable, but some specific maintenance issues reported (broken/poor toilet, hard beds, older fixtures needing upgrades).
Private pools and villa amenities are positive, however limited poolside furniture, shared pool for some units, smoking in courtyard and occasional missing toiletries were mentioned.
Multiple guests described the property as great value, economical and good long-term option; repeat visitors indicate strong perceived value.
Not discussed in reviews; assigned target overall rating.
Overall stays are highly positive with many 'excellent'/'awesome' comments and repeat guests, tempered slightly by occasional maintenance or amenity issues.
