Mostly reported as clean (explicitly called 'clean' in several reviews), but a few guests noted rooms could be cleaner and the property shows wear in places.
Consistently praised: very warm, helpful and attentive staff (luggage delivered, friendly reception, guided breakfast seating). Multiple reviews highlight excellent service.
Strongly positive: repeatedly noted as close to Bali Collection, near the airport, with convenient beach access — considered a prime Nusa Dua location.
Mixed: many guests reported large, nice rooms (some with pool access), but others mentioned small rooms for families, limited closet space, and signs of aging.
Well-regarded: multiple pools, beach access, poolside service, towels provided and generally well-maintained grounds and facilities praised across reviews.
Generally seen as good value (reasonable drink prices, good breakfast selection), though laundry pricing and the hotel's need for refurbishment lowered perceived value for some guests.
Breakfast and beverage selection often praised for variety, but a few guests noted limited choices or uneven quality (some criticism of sweet items/breakfast choices).
Overall very positive with multiple recommendations and return intentions; standout service, pools and location tempered by comments about the hotel feeling touristy or needing refreshment.

Semuanya luar biasa. Sarapan lezat, pilihan sangat banyak.
