Generally praised for cleanliness and hotel upkeep; one guest suggested slightly better pool cleaning and another noted the pool felt colder due to limited sun.
Consistently highlighted as very friendly, attentive and helpful — airport transfers, shuttle service, in-villa care and considerate treatment when a guest was unwell.
A bit removed from central Ubud (some guests noted distance) but the free/on-demand shuttle to Ubud and Monkey Forest strongly offsets the location issue.
Villas repeatedly described as exceptional, spacious and luxurious with private pools and beautiful open bathrooms.
Strong amenities including private pools, floating breakfasts, in-villa massages, room service and complimentary shuttle/airport transfers.
Several guests remarked on good value and fair price for the quality and included services (shuttle, transfers, breakfast), indicating strong perceived value.
Breakfast and in-villa dining praised as excellent and varied; floating breakfast highlighted. One comment noted portions were small for children.
Overall overwhelmingly positive — guests described the stay as luxurious, tranquil and memorable with many saying they would return; only minor issues reported.

Sebuah surga kecil! Stafnya sangat menyenangkan. Kami makan dengan sangat baik di sana. Shuttle ke Ubud sangat praktis. Kami sangat menyukainya.

Kami benar-benar menyukainya.
