Mixed reports: many guests praised immaculate grounds and clean pools, but multiple stays reported dirty/dusty rooms, gritty floors and staff walking in with shoes; fogging was also handled poorly in one report.
Overwhelmingly positive: staff described as service-oriented, friendly and attentive, going above and beyond; a few comments note management needs improvement but front-line service was consistently praised.
Very favorable: beautiful, quieter (less touristy) East Coast location with ocean views; minor drawback is a busy road by some apartments affecting light sleepers.
Generally spacious and comfortable rooms/villas with good facilities (private pools in some units), but several guests experienced shower problems (scalding/temperature inconsistency, low pressure) and isolated cleanliness issues.
Strong amenities: attractive pool areas, on-site massage/salon, happy hour and restaurant; pet-friendly and family-friendly facilities. Some amenity-related service (fogging/pest control) was poorly executed in one report.
Good value overall: many guests felt the grounds, service and extras (massages, pool, location) provided excellent value despite a few negative experiences.
Positive comments on restaurant staff, good breakfasts and tasty local options; menu is described as somewhat limited but generally well-regarded, with some gluten-free options.
Mostly exceptional and memorable stays: guests repeatedly highlight the location, immaculate grounds and outstanding staff. A minority of stays were marred by shower/cleanliness issues, but overall impressions are highly positive.
