Good pool and outdoor area
Hard uncomfortable bed with large wood border, not good for your shins, kitchen small and a bit dirty, fridge had leftover food in it, pool lights and some surrounding lights not working, poor showers,

The villa was a bit run down but we expect that now. The big problem was the service, including the cleaning. The place overall was a bit grubby and even though it is advertised as daily housekeeping we only really had one clean, and that was after two nights. We had to ask for fresh towels on day 3 and the ones we got were musty. They said they would be back with more but never came. On day 4 we asked for the sheets to be changed and were told they do it after 3 days. When we pointed out that it had been three days they said “maybe tomorrow”. It never happened. The breakfast was nice but always 30-90 minutes late (so don’t make early plans!) and if you have a preference for a type of juice you have to tell them every day the day before or they will default back to whatever they have. The downstairs/master bathroom also has a nasty drain smell. We got used to it but if you are sensitive to smalls stay somewhere else. The location is great, as is the pool, but the service is poor. If you go in with low expectations you will probably have a good time but if you are a clean freak or are expecting high levels of service then stay away.

Great location and private 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Pool and garden area were awesome and breakfast was cooked for us each morning.

The pool area and outdoor area were lovely. Would not have survived our stay without these to retreat to.
Where do I start? It is mould infested and had a major sewerage problem. As soon as you walk into the property the mould smell smacks you in the face, walk into the master bedroom and bathroom and the sewerage smell knocks you out. Kitchen is mould infested and lacking in cleanliness. Our plans to do some cooking for ourselves was quickly thrown out the window. Sheets had holes, towels were mould stained and musty smelling. Staff when contacted about the issues were very nice and pleasant but completely ineffectual and no issues were resolved. We had to abandon using the only downstairs bathroom due to truly foul odour of sewerage. I blocked the doors to bedroom as best I could with towels to prevent odour from entering master bedroom. Breakfasts were nice but always late, by 1 hour on last day. Ad states there is a washing machine but it is not for guest use. 2 of 3 indoor lounges are broken. When this was pointed out to the staff, they just moved the throw pillows. Outdoor area while lovely, lacks seating. Only 2 loungers for a home that is for up to 6 guests. Pool stopped pumping on second last day. Didn't bother reporting it because they don't care. This place has so much potential but it is being entirely mismanaged.
