Mixed to negative: several guests reported dirty cutlery/dishes and incomplete room cleaning; the pool was described as dirty with broken tiles that caused an injury.
Very positive: staff repeatedly praised as very friendly, attentive and helpful (arranged transport, shuttle service, WhatsApp pickup); family-like atmosphere noted.
Excellent beachfront location with direct pool/beach access and good snorkeling; not in the centre of Amed but a reliable free shuttle makes it convenient.
Generally positive: rooms described as lovely, spacious with nice terraces and comfy beds; some issues noted with linen/amenities and inability to install mosquito nets in certain rooms.
Good amenities: seaside pool, free sunbeds, shuttle, on-site massages and restaurant; tempered by pool maintenance issues (broken tiles) and a few missing facility details.
Perceived as good value by multiple guests, with returning guests indicating strong overall value despite a few facility/cleanliness shortcomings.
Generally praised: restaurant and food described as excellent and breakfast good, though some guests found breakfast light and reported occasional slow/watery items.
Overall positive experience for most guests: relaxing, intimate vibe, helpful staff and excellent seaside setting; a minority were disappointed mainly due to cleanliness/maintenance.

The location was really good, right on the beach and a couple of lovely restaurants close by
It was a little run down but this was what I expected so it wasn’t a problem

Beach very close, pool area lovely and staff very attentive, but living areas need attention and updating... common problem having looked at other reviews of cockroaches on rooms and no water coming out of the shower (No water pressure etc...) was also our experience. Paths lights and lights to access to upper rooms isn't great, had to use my phone torch. Mosquitos pretty bad and no mozzie net in our room.
