Multiple reviews mention cleanliness problems: hotel surroundings need improvement, shower curtain leakage caused rooms to become wet, and repair work (8th floor) left flooring/carpet in poor condition.
Service is described as fairly good in reviews; guests noted helpful touches such as cold drinks available in the lobby and generally adequate staff/service.
Location was specifically praised in one review ('rooms and their location'); generally viewed positively.
Mixed feedback: some guests liked the rooms and spaciousness, but others reported issues—no shower-toilet integration, shower leakage through curtain, no sleepwear provided, and repair-related flooring/carpet problems on certain floors.
Amenities received mixed notes: positives include breakfast offerings, jamu drink and lobby cold drinks and TV broadcasts (World Cup), but some missing comforts (no pajamas) and ongoing repair reduced perceived quality.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Consistently positive comments about breakfast and food across multiple reviews; food described as tasty and praised several times.
Mixed overall: strong positives for food and some service elements, but cleanliness and room/maintenance issues negatively affected stays.
