“Modern Apartment with Great Potential, Let Down by Poor Management and Cleanliness”
We chose this property for its convenient location while overseeing our house renovations. The apartment itself has a modern space and tremendous potential, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and detail-oriented maintenance require urgent attention.
Below are the key issues we experienced during our stay: - Incomplete Check-in Process: The check-in procedure lacked essential orientation regarding cleaning schedules, available facilities, and the surrounding area. - Delayed Amenities: Handing us towels during check-in rather than having them pre-arranged in the room was inconvenient, especially when running on a tight schedule. - Severe Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues: Room hygiene needs to be top priority. The bed linens provided were so dirty that we had to place our own personal sheets over them. Additionally, there was visible mold in the room, creating an unhealthy living environment for longer stays. Furthermore, no trash bin was provided in the bathroom. - Unsanitary Pet Incidents: While the staff's dogs are cute, one of them pooped on our private balcony, which was highly unhygienic and unpleasant. - Inadequate Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen was under-equipped, providing only one drinking glass for a two-person booking. - Contradictory Waste Policies: We were instructed at check-in to separate organic and non-organic waste, yet the apartment lacked segregated bins to actually do so.
