“I do not recommend this place at all”
Only the Alpacas
“Not even one star is worth it” First of all, they tried to scam me for more money and lied from the beginning. I happened to pay twice for this room yet never received any acknowledgment or anything. Fine it is my mistake but it shows again poor customer service. I mistakenly booked the room a month ahead of time and found out only a few days before my original intended day. I contacted them via whats app, the staff said there’s no room available then my friend found on Agoda under different name but same location hence I booked and got the confirmation. Once it’s fully paid and confirmed, the staff said there’s room available but i need to book it through Booking.com where it’s over $10 more. I refuse and kept my booking under Agoda. 1. Lack of service and staff lying and delivering incorrect information We arrived at the lodge, two mums with two young kids, with luggages. The staff refused to move our bags to the rooms unless we pay. The distance from the lobby to the rooms are less than 300m or so. Never had any hotels or villas asking money for moving a couple suitcases but agreed and paid. 2. Two different loud noises from outside of the lodge till midnight As I walk stairs to the rooms, (yes there’s curved stairs and if you don’t pay extra you need to carry your own!) i heard loud music and asked the staff, he said it’ll turn off by 10, well no, he lied and the music, two different types of music by the way, one from a karaoke or restaurant nearby, and other loud meditation with bell ringing/ppl chanting/yelling sound till midnight. So, obviously we couldn’t sleep nor rest. Noise is a big problem. 3. Cleaness and insects The room itself was fine although i found some dead insects on the sheet, I was fine. However the bathroom is downstairs where there’s a space so the flies and insects get in, I instantly killed 5 mosquitoes upon arrival.
