Staff not available at check-in/ check-out time. Staff don't know about the guest's arrival or departure, because the manager didn't inform them in time. No instructions were provided in advance regarding the villa's location (difficult to find). Upon arrival, you are obliged to stay in the sun and wait while the staff come, and even after that they commence cleaning the villa. More than 3 hours were spent just to find, establish communication, and finally get to the villa. Air conditioner not working, dirty like hell villa, linen and towels have a grey dirty color. The water tap in the bathroom is connected to a hot water supply only, you need to wash your face with water more than 55 degrees. The shower is not working due to a clogged nozzle. The manager or owner of the villa completely does not respect guests and ignores their requests. Unacceptable behavior from the manager's side. Strongly not recommended for staying at all. My recommendation to Booking.com is to reconsider cooperation with this property owner.
