The bathroom floor was reported as dirty, indicating a lack of cleanliness.
Service was adequate but cleaning was insufficient, affecting the experience.
The location is praised for being near shops and restaurants, yet quiet.
The villa was noted as old with issues like concrete cancer and stained sheets.
Amenities like a large TV and air conditioning functioned well, but sound system did not.
Felt misled regarding the price vs. accommodations received.

Location was good walking distance to restaurants and main street with shops Pool was great Provided insect repellent, which is definitely needed
Power turned off and we were in complete darkness for over 2 hours, it was also so hot that being outside for even inside was uncomfortable. We luckily had the maintenance guy there checking a leaking tap, that let us hotspot off his phone to try call property manager. We called via WhatsApp no one answered and reply was write to us and we’ll respond, would write and they said someone was coming but no one showed up. Really disappointing as no one was available to help us. I’m not sure what we could have done in this case if the maintenance guy wasn’t there. Completely understand not the properties fault about the outage but lack of response and assistance was unacceptable. We had to book another property elsewhere for the night and cancelled the stay here. Would not recommend to stay at a property with no one on site to help it’s better at a resort with villas in case anything like this happens (which apparently can happen a bit)
