Nice new Villa in the heart of canguu. Stylish, central & modern.
Literally in the middle of a construction zone. It feels like the available villa's are the first 4 of a big complex. Construction workers life onsite, we literally had people sitting on our door smoking must of the day/night, mixing concrete on our door step, trucks delivering building materials & blocking our entrance day and night. Constant building noise daily, this was almost tolerable compared to the dogs living on the construction site. It's like they were trained to protect site, on every entry / exit dogs would approach with aggressive barking. It felt very unsafe, my wife and children would not leave the villa without my presence. While villa management was responsive, I complained about the dog situation and was largely ignored. I'm fully aware of dogs being everywhere in Bali, we have been 5 times. However this was very different.
