We had a very disappointing experience with this property. First, the villa we were given was not the same as the one shown on the Booking.com listing, which was already a serious issue from the start. On top of that, the villa was unlivable due to the lack of usable water, so we were forced to leave and make a last-minute hotel booking elsewhere, disrupting our plans and causing extra expenses. The owner acknowledged the problem and promised a full refund. However, more than a month later, no refund has been received despite multiple follow-ups. I later received an email from Booking.com stating that the owner is now disagreeing to compensate, which contradicts what was promised to us directly. This situation was stressful, inconvenient, and very poorly handled. I would strongly caution other travelers, as what is listed and what you receive may not be the same, and resolving issues afterward can be extremely difficult.
