“What seemed promising ended up being a disappointing experience, highlighted by the cash grab at the end”
The fridge wasn’t working on day 1 and they replaced it next day
They barely cleaned the rooms, the beds were uncomfortable, the showers barely worked (no pressure, cold one second and boiling hot the next with no control). Be careful with your deposit and make sure you keep account of everything, made up we lost two towels and a bed runner and charged us 700k as we didn’t have the time to look ourselves as we were on our way out. Very disappointing and frustrating

The communal area is a positive. There ia a large dining area combined with kitchen and living area. The pool was an advantage.
We could not check in at the nominated check in time and waited over an hour in the Bali heat with older people and children because the villa was still being cleaned when we arrived. At check in a bond was requested by Ibu Octa which was not stated in the advertisement on airbnb or booking.com. Not all the pillows and beds were comfortable to sleep on. Beware and keep inventory or photos of the rooms at check in because we were accused of stealing items that we were never given or that they thought we lost. If anything is missing at check out search for the item yourself as they do not look very well for the item. Be wary of the doors as some doors are difficult to close and lock also there are gaps in the doors when closed. We were accused of breaking a door key which was normal wear and tear and because the door was difficult to lock. The toilet in room 6 does not flush properly.

Highly recommend this place staff was really great. They were on hand every time we needed them. Made sure everything was cleaned when we returned. 🤘😁🤘
Only thing I didn't like was having to leave and return home to reality 🤣
