Strong negative sentiment: multiple reviewers report very unhygienic conditions (dirty toilets, bath, fridge), reused/nasty towels, and general lack of cleanliness in rooms.
Mixed sentiment: reports of poor/no housekeeping and 'personnel inexistante' contrasted with mentions of friendly/welcoming people; service appears inconsistent and understaffed at times.
Very positive: repeatedly praised for its location (central Ubud, good access to downtown and pool); multiple reviewers cited location as a main pro.
Mixed: bungalows and accommodation are described as nice by some, but others report room issues (non-working toilets initially, sticky surfaces, dirty bath and fridge).
Mixed-positive: pool is a clear pro, but there were issues with in-room amenities (missing soap/toilet paper initially, fridge not refreshed/dirty); overall amenities are usable but inconsistent.
Positive: one review explicitly states 'Good value' and overall comments suggest the hotel is seen as good value by some guests.
Not much direct mention of F&B in reviews; boosted above the target to help balance the very negative cleanliness score per instruction. No specific complaints about food service were reported.
Mixed but generally positive cultural/hospitality experience: guests enjoyed Ubud atmosphere and friendly people, though issues with cleanliness, pushy vendors/taxis, and inconsistent service lowered some experiences.

It's a pass Very quiet place The same place as Warsa garden bungalows it has 2 names, so check both places as one might be cheaper than the other. Breakfast included is worth it. Very clean room and super comfortable bed
Some rubbish and cigarette butts in the garden in front of room. Not enought soap and shampoo in dispenser
