Hello, We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this villa. Every single day, there is terrible construction noise starting at 8 AM near the villa. It is incredibly loud and makes it impossible to relax, rest, or enjoy our time here. This is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there are constant problems with the water not working for long periods of time. The bathtub is broken. The pool is broken and extremely dirty. Even after it was supposedly cleaned, the pool remained dirty and unusable. Many essential villa items are missing, there are ants everywhere, and the overall cleanliness is far below acceptable standards. Honestly, I do not understand how guests are expected to stay in conditions like this. This experience has been awful and has completely ruined our days in Canggu. We are very upset and disappointed and would like to understand how you are planning to resolve this situation.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this property. All the facilities were well-maintained, cleanliness was excellent, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The location is convenient, and Pastika, Putra, and the other staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This property truly met our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

As usual, people were very nice and always available to assist with anything. They would come and clean everything, including the pool, every day. The location is very good, very close to restaurants, grocery shops and laundry. The room and walk in closet are unreal. Very spacious and the TV is big and smart tv. Great for those rainy days.
Just missing some amenities that would have been useful for me personally, like a kettle (for tea and coffee) or a washing machine
