“Good room and view. Service and communication and getting to and from room very poor”
The room itself was nice and good view
Staff communication very poor, no room service. Tried contacting host for possible 1 hour later checkout due to next hotel being later Checkin I also asked about the cafe next door if they did room service, the response I got to those questions was “please wait” and no further messages.
