I live in Ubud two years already, so I can officially state that this villa has Amazing location!!!. Very close to the center, but safe from the traffic prospective. Quiet and clean! Great combination of service and price. Dewa is a great manager, very warm and kind person🙏🏻

Dewa ist ein super freundlicher und extrem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er kommt täglich vorbei und sieht nach dem Rechten. Wenn man die Villa mietet, sollte man sie komplett buchen. Dann hat man zwei getrennte Einheiten mit jeweils einem großen Doppelbett, eigenem Bad und eigener Küche. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem je nach Verkehrslage schnell Ubud. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und sogar auch noch verlängert. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist für die Kinder natürlich ein Highlight!

Everything was clean and well looked after! The pool was amazing and the air conditioning was great Dewa was an amazing host he even took us to a lot of activities and hidden waterfalls and a local Barong dance!!! Dewa was great! We even got to meet his family

the villa was new and clean, good facilities, nice pool
There was a power supply issue, on and off every few minutes. Aircond on then off. water on and off. Security camera system restarted every time with very loud speaker voice saying system restart. We could not sleep. We had to leave after 1 night. We paid for 4 nights and owner refused any refund. Host was fully aware of problem and sent picture of power line repairs 3 days later. So great for next customers but not us.
